1974 Establisment of Philippine Sinter Corporation

1977 Start up of operation

2002 Establishment of JFE Holdings, Inc. (KSC-NKK consolidation)

2003 Establishment of JFE Steel Corporation (PSC becomes subsidiary of
JFE Steel Corporation)

2005 Expansion of annual production capacity to 5.5 million tons
By Pallet Width Expansion and Start up of No.3 Burnt Lime Kiln)

2007 Approval of Sinter Heat Recovery as CDM project

Mr. Fidel V. Ramos was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors.

1984

Among more than 100 subsidiaries of Kawasaki Steel Corporation, PSC was given the Nishiyama Award (Silver Prize) for Outstanding Achievement in cost reduction. The same award was received for the second time in 1991.
